Build Store 2.0 is the fastest way to launch a ready-made Shopify store with winning products, sleek design, and optimized content.

Access the Build Store Tool

You can find the Build Store 2.0 feature on the left-hand side by clicking on "Build Store" in the control panel or connect directly to app.dropship.io/build-store.

Here’s a clean breakdown of how the Build Store tool works and what you need to do at each step:

Step 1 — Select Your Store Niche

Choose the niche you want your store to focus on, such as:

  • Fashion & Apparel

  • Electronics

  • Home & Garden

  • Pets

  • Sport & Fitness

Once you select one niche, the Continue button will activate. (You can only pick one.)

Step 2 — Choose Homepage Banners

You’ll see 6 banner designs based on the niche you selected:

  • Choose any 2 you like.

  • When 2 are selected, the Continue button will unlock.

  • To change one, simply deselect a banner.

These banners will appear on your store’s homepage.

Step 3 — Create Your Shopify Account

  1. Click Access Shopify — this opens Shopify in a new tab.

  2. Enter your email to sign up for Shopify.

  3. Skip onboarding questions by clicking “I don’t want help setting up.”

  4. Return to Dropship and click Continue.

Step 4 — Connect Your Shopify Store

  1. Go to your Shopify admin dashboard.

  2. Copy the full store URL from your browser. It MUST look like this:
    https://admin.shopify.com/store/your_store_id

  3. Paste that link into the field and click Continue.

  4. Shopify will ask you to approve permissions — click Install/Approve.
    You’ll automatically return to Dropship.

Step 5 — Install AutoDS Automatically

You’ll be redirected to Shopify, where you simply need to approve permissions for the AutoDS app.

Once permissions are confirmed, you’ll automatically return to the next step inside Dropship.

Step 6 — Activate Your Shopify Plan

To activate your store:

  1. Click Access Shopify Plans.

  2. Select the Basic plan (the most affordable).

  3. Choose credit card as your payment method.

  4. Enter payment details — click Subscribe.

After you’ve activated your plan, return to Dropship and click Continue.

Step 7 — AI Store Customization

This is the fun part!

Click Customize My Store — Our AI will:

  • Apply your selected banners

  • Add niche-based products

  • Build your homepage

  • Create essential pages

  • Configure your theme

The process may take up to a minute – sit tight and let our AI handle the setup for you!

Important notes:

  • Please do not refresh or close this page while your AI store is being created.

  • If Shopify hasn’t verified your plan yet, you’ll see a message asking you to confirm payment before the AI can continue.

Step 8 — Publish Your Store

To make your store public:

  1. Click Access Shopify — it opens in a new tab.

  2. On your Shopify dashboard, uncheck:
“Restrict access to visitors with a password”

  3. Click Save.

  4. Return to Dropship and click Continue.

Step 9 — Final Step: Your Store Is Live 🎉

Your store is now fully created!

You’ll see three options:

  • Install Dropship App — adds the Dropship Shopify app to your store so you can import products instantly

  • Access My Store — opens your new store

  • Create New Store — restart the flow to build another store

Once you install the Dropship app, your store will appear in My AI Stores.

This section helps you keep track of all the Shopify stores you’ve created:

  • My AI Stores — Shows the stores you’ve built using our Build Store.

  • My AI Stores [Old] — Only appears if you created stores using the previous version of the Build Store tool.
