How to Use the Sales Tracker

The Sales Tracker helps you monitor sales, revenue, and key performance data for any TikTok Shop — whether it’s an entire store or a specific product. Follow this quick guide to learn how to use it effectively. 🚀

Step 1: Welcome to Sales Tracker

Sales Tracker is your go-to tool for keeping track of real-time sales and growth trends from TikTok Shops.
You can monitor both shop-level and product-level data, helping you spot early trends and discover new opportunities.


Step 2: Start Tracking with a TikTok Shop Link

To start tracking, simply:

  1. Paste a TikTok Shop link into the search bar.

  2. Click Start Tracking.


    We’ll automatically begin collecting performance data — including daily sales and revenue — within 24 hours.

💡 Tip: You can also start tracking directly from the Product Library by clicking Track on any shop or product you discover there.

Step 3: Switch Between Tracked Shops and Products

Your tracked data is neatly organized into two tabs:

  • Shops Tab — shows all TikTok Shops you’re tracking.

  • Products Tab — shows individual products you’re tracking.

You can easily switch between these tabs anytime to view specific insights.

Step 4: Understand Performance Metrics

Each row in your Sales Tracker displays key performance indicators, such as:

  • Sales Today

  • Sales Yesterday

  • Sales (7 Days)

  • Sales (30 Days)

  • Revenue

These metrics help you identify consistent performers, fast-growing products, and trending shops over time.

Step 5: Manage Your Tracked Shops and Products

You have full control over what you track.

  • 📌 Pin Icon: Keep your most important shops or products at the top of your list.

  • ❤️ Heart Icon: Untrack any item you no longer want to monitor.

  • 📊 Insights Buttons:

    1. Click this Chart Icon (highlighted in the blue square) to open the Product Insights data for this item.

    2. The Storefront Icon (in the pink square) opens Shop Insights.

Step 6: Organize with Collections

Keep your workspace tidy and strategic by grouping your tracked Shops into Collections.


You can organize by niche, category, or shop type for easier comparison and management.

Step 7: Create and Search within Collections

Within your Collections view, you can:

  • Search for any tracked Shop or Product.

Create new Collections to group similar shops (e.g., “Beauty”, “Tech”, or “Pet Products”).

This makes it simple to manage multiple niches or shop types all in one place.


That’s it — you’re ready to start using the Sales Tracker! 🎉

From here, you can:

  • Track new TikTok Shops and Products

  • Organize them in Collections

  • Monitor their performance daily
