Our system has a supplier database to help you find reliable partners in your dropshipping store.

Please note that you must be a subscriber to access the supplier’s page. Those who are on the 7-day free trial program can also access it.

📢 Important: Contact suppliers only if you are already generating sales. They are essential for scaling your store, not for initial setup. We recommend starting with AutoDS at the beginning.

How to Use the Dropship Suppliers

Once logged in, click the SUPPLIERS link at the left control panel.

From here, you will see several suppliers. Each thumbnail provides a summary of the supplier.

The most important factors you need to check here are:

  • Shipping Time – the average number of days for the customer to receive an item.

  • Order Processing Time – the number of days it takes the supplier to pick and pack the product and take it to the shipping company.

  • Warehouses – the number of warehouses where the supplier ships from. This can significantly impact your shipping time.

  • On-time Delivery Rate – the percentage of shipments delivered on time to the customer.

You will see the warehouse locations at the bottom of the thumbnail.

How to Contact Suppliers

To start a conversation, click on the CHAT ON SKYPE button. You must have Skype installed on your phone or computer. After clicking the button, your device will launch Skype.

With our supplier tool, you no longer need to wait for an invitation approval to communicate with suppliers on Skype. Simply start a direct chat with them.

Once connected, send them a link to your product—ideally an AliExpress link. The suppliers will then investigate the factory or factories producing it.

They will negotiate the best price possible for you, adding only a fixed fee of around 7%. This fee is typically cheaper than purchasing through AliExpress sellers directly.

Shipping fees are initially flat, but if you consistently sell to a particular country, you can renegotiate rates specifically for that market. The supplier will provide further details as needed.
